Rod Stryker

Yogarupa Rod Stryker is World-renowned yoga and meditation teacher, guiding and sharing his wisdom for 40 years. He is the founder of ParaYoga®, and the author of The Four Desires: Creating a Life of Purpose, Happiness, Prosperity, and Freedom. He is the creator of one of the most comprehensive online yoga trainings in the world and most recently, the app Sanctuary, a premier destination for all levels of those wanting to experience the life-changing practices of meditation and yoga nidra, also known as Enlightened Sleep. Rod has dedicated his life to improving lives through his lectures, writing, practice, teaching, leadership, service and family life.

Myra Lewin

Myra Lewin Ayurvedic Practitioner (AP) and Ayurveda Yoga Therapist (AYT), Myra Lewin is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and Yoga Alliance (ERYT 500). A master yogini, Myra has amassed more than 50,000 hours of Yoga teaching experience spanning 30 years of practice. She is also the author of two books, Freedom in Your Relationship with Food and Simple Ayurvedic Recipes, and is the host of two remarkable podcasts on holistic healing, “Everyday Ayurveda and Yoga at Hale Pule” and “Spark Your Intuition”.

Doug Keller

Doug Keller has degrees in philosophy from Georgetown and Fordham universities, and has taught yoga internationally for many years. He has been teaching workshops and trainings in the therapeutic applications of yoga for a decade, and is known not only for his effectiveness in communicating this ever-evolving approach in these trainings, but also for his extensive writing on the topic in magazines, journals and his two-volume work on 'Yoga As Therapy'. He is also, in addition to his travelling and teaching, a Distinguished Professor at the Maryland University of Integrative Health in their Master’s Degree programme in Yoga Therapy

Timothy McCall, MD

He is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine, and the author of three books, including Yoga as Medicine: The Yogic Prescription for Health and Healing (Bantam) and his latest, Saving My Neck: A Doctor's East/West Journey Through Cancer (Whole World Publishing). He contributed to and co-edited the medical textbook The Principle and Practice of Yoga in Health Care (Handspring Publishing).

Rachel Clarkson

Rachel Clarkson RD, MSc, PGDip, BSc is a board-certified, Specialist Dietitian in the science of Nutrigenomics - best known as The DNA Dietitian. With a Harley Street address, Rachel empowers her patients to eat according to their genes, using her method The DNA Way®. Published research in Epigenetics, Rachel, currently sits on the scientific advisory board of a number of health apps and guest lectures for the Nutrition & Genetic MSc at St Mary's University in London. Rachel is passionate about science communication and has been featured in BBC Future, The Guardian and Men's Health

Dr. Matthew Reid

Mathiew is an international expert in the field of clinical and experimental sleep medicine. He has a doctorate in sleep medicine from the University of Oxford, UK and holds a fellowship position at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, USA. During his time at Oxford, he held multiple college lectureships in medicine and psychology. His Research currently focuses on the relationship between sleep and mental health, and is a member of The World Sleep Society, The American Academy of Sleep Medicine, The European Sleep Research Society, and the Federation of European Neuroscientists.
Matthew has made multiple radio and television appearances and has served as an expert consultant to large corporate organisations including John Lewis & Partners, Waitrose and the NHS. He has also served as a health policy researcher for The UK House of Commons, contributing to policy reports and commissioned by the science and technology committee.

Tias Little

Tias Little synthesises more than 30 years of study in classical yoga, Sanskrit, Buddhism, anatomy, bodywork, and trauma healing in his dynamic, original style of teaching. Tias began studying the work of B. K. S. Iyengar in 1984 and in 1989 resided in Mysore, India, where he studied Ashtanga vinyasa yoga under the tutelage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. A licensed massage therapist, Tias has in-depth training in craniosacral therapy. His practice and teaching is influenced by the work of Ida Rolf, Moshé Feldenkrais, and Thomas Hanna. Tias earned a master’s degree in Eastern philosophy from St. John’s College in Santa Fe in 1998. He is the founder of the Prajna Yoga school. in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with his wife, Surya. In 2010, Tias created SATYA, Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement, a therapeutic movement system. He also offers a wide array of online classes through Glo, YogaU, Yoga Journal, Embodied Philosophy, and Shambhala and teaches internationally. The author of three books: The Thread of Breath, Meditations on a Dewdrop and Yoga of the Subtle Body, his fourth book, The Path is the Practice: Lessons and Reflections on the Transformative Power of Yoga. Tias’s unique and skilful approach enables students to find greater depth of understanding and awareness in their practice, both on and off the mat.

Dina Karim is a highly skilled, senior yoga teacher who trained with B.K.S Iyengar and other world renown masters, bringing 30 years of experience in the field of yoga, meditation, health and self development. She has helped and inspired thousands of students of various ages and requirements and teachers alike. Krishnamurti Sridhar

Krishnamurti Sridhar descends from fourteen generations of musicians and yogis primarily associated with the temple complex at Tanjore, India. While known internationally as a touring and recording master of the sarod, K. Sridhar equally has over 25 years of experience offering lec-dems, workshops, Q&A sessions (satsang) related to Nada Yoga (the Yoga of Sound). Most recently, he has offered these satsang sessions at such prestigious locations as the Smithsonian Museum, Duke University, Crow Collection of Asian Art, Peabody Essex Museum, Chicago Cultural Center, and Casa de la Cultura.
